What is it ? :
The immune system's way of protecting the body against an infectious disease.
So that immunity is very helpful for all human beings.
If you have a lot of imbalance in body condition, there might be less in immunity.
Types of immunity :
There are 2 types of immunity
1) innate immunity
It is the defense mechanism with which you were born And also it gives protection.
2) adaptive immunity
It is the immunity which is fighting the germs directly by affecting the T lymphocytes
For our healthylife, we need our immunity
So in this we saw about the how will boost the immunity level. Let's see about it
YOGA:
Asana:
1) Balasana:
Procedure:
1. From Table pose, exhale and lower the hips to the heels and forehead to the floor. Have the knees together or if more comfortable, spread the knees slightly apart.
2. The arms can be overhead with the palms on the floor, the palms or fists can be stacked under the forehead, or the arms can be along side the body with the palms up.
3. Breathe slowly and deeply, actively pressing the belly against the thighs on the inhale.
4. Breathe and hold for 4-12 breaths.
5. To release: place the palms under the shoulders and slowly inhale up to a seated position.
2) Dhanurasana :
1) Lie down on your stomach with your feet slightly apart, almost parallel to your hips, and place your arms on the side of your body.
2)Slowly, fold your knees up and hold your ankles with your hands.
3)Breathe in and lift your chest off the ground and pull your legs up and stretch it out. You should feel the stretch on your arms and thighs.
4)Hold the pose for 12-15 seconds, paying attention to your breath as you take long, deep ones.
5)lowly bring your chest and legs back to the ground, release your hold on the ankles, and relax with your hands on the side. Repeat for a few sets.
3) Bhujangasana :
1) Lie on your abdomen and keep your legs straight.
2)Keeping your forearms perpendicular to the floor, place your arm on the floor beside the last ribcage.
3)Press your arms to lift your body.
4)Create pressure on your feet and firmness in your hips.
5)Look straight and hold the position for 30-40 seconds with normal breathing.
Benefits:
It strengthens the abdominal muscles and it also regulates the pancreas ana it produces the insulin
4) Paschimottanasana:
1) Sit down and extend your legs straight.
2)Inhale and pull your hands up.
3)Bring your hands down and try to touch your toes with your hands without bending your knees.
4)Touch your chin to your chest.
5)Remain in the pose for 60 seconds with normal breathing.
5) Savasana:
1)Lie down comfortably on your back with your hands and legs stretched.
2)Close your eyes and inhale slowly through your nostrils.
3) Exhale and think that body is relaxed.
4) Stay in this pose for 10 minutes

These are the asanas which boosts up immunity by increasing the blood flow to the body

PRANAYAMA:
1) kapalbhati
2) Bhastrika
These are the pranayamas which boosts the immunity by cleasing the lungs
MUDRA :
1) Prana mudra

1) Citrus fruits :
It has vitamin C so it increases the immuity
2) Broccoli : It has vitamin A, C and E and it also has antioxidants
3) Garlic : It has the sulphur containing compounds called allicin, these compound boost our immunity
4) Ginger : It has the compound called gingerol , it increases our immunity level
5) Spinach : it has rich in vitamin c, antioxidant and beta carotene, it also increases the immunity
6) Yogurt : It has a rich source of vitamin D. Vitamin D regulates the immune system
7) Almonds : It is very useful for allergic conditions because it has rich source in vitamin E
8) Turmeric : it has the compound called curcumin, it regulates the immune system and boost our immunty
9) Kiwi: it has the rich source in vitamin c. These vitamin c prevent and fighting the germs and prevent the disease.
